You affirm and represent that:

The following organizations may link to our banking service without prior written consent:

• Online banking directory distributors may link to our banking service in a manner akin to other listed businesses' websites;

If you represent one of the organizations mentioned in paragraph 2 above and wish to link to our banking service, please notify us via email, providing your name, organization name, contact information, URL of your site, a list of any URLs you intend to link from to our banking service, and the URLs on our site you wish to link to. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a response.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our banking service in the following manners:

We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our banking services, you consent to be bound by these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of Links from Our Banking Service:

If you encounter any link on our banking service that you find objectionable for any reason, you may contact us at any time to inform us. We will consider requests to remove links but are not obliged to do so or to provide a direct response.
